# Privaku tools

> Free tools made in Japan by Privaku (Tokyo) that run on the user's device in the browser. Files are never uploaded. No sign-up, no limits.

The free tools are available in English at https://privaku.com/tools/. Translations in review (not yet indexed): 日本語 /ja/tools/, हिन्दी /hi/tools/, Español /es/tools/, Português (Brasil) /pt-br/tools/, Bahasa Indonesia /id/tools/, Français /fr/tools/, Deutsch /de/tools/. Each page has a short answer, how-to steps and FAQs. Screenshot to text reads English, Japanese, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, French and German.

## Agent mode (all Privaku tools)
Every tool at https://privaku.com/tools/ has the same agent API. Everything runs in the agent's own browser and nothing is uploaded.
- JS: `await window.privaku.<tool>.run(input, options)` returns JSON `{ok, tool, onDevice:true, uploaded:false, ms, results:[...]}`. Output files come back as `{output:{name,type,bytes,dataUrl}}`.
- Headless: add `?agent=1` to the tool URL. Page chrome is hidden, and the hooks are `[data-testid=agent-panel]`, `[data-testid=agent-status]` (ready|done|error) and `[data-testid=agent-result]`.
- Tools: translate, photo-privacy-check, remove-photo-location, screenshot-to-text, reduce-photo-size, image-to-pdf.
