To reduce a photo to a size such as 200 KB or 50 KB, lower its pixel size and JPEG quality. This tool does both in your browser and can aim for a maximum size, and it removes the metadata too.

- Choose the longest side, the quality, or a maximum size such as 100 KB.

How small can it go?
Pick a longest side and quality, or a maximum size such as 50 KB for forms. The result is a JPEG, and metadata is removed too.
Is there a limit?
No limits and no sign-up. Large batches depend on your device memory.
Is my file uploaded?
No. It is processed by your browser on your device. You can turn on airplane mode after the page loads and it still works.
How can I check nothing is uploaded?
Open your browser's developer tools, go to the Network tab and run the tool. No request carries your file.
